We want you to feel confident and elegant in your Xscape Evenings attire; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we accept returns of unworn, tagged garments within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain in original condition with security tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Package Your Item
Carefully fold your gown and place it in the original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hangers are included.
Print & Attach Label
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off & Refund
Deliver your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
